What You Need to Book a Tesla

Age
21 and over for the Model 3 and Cybertruck; 25 for the Model S Plaid, given its performance. The Tesla rental age requirement is read from the named driver on the reservation.

License and card
A valid driver's license and a credit card in your own name. Arriving from abroad, add a passport and your home-country license.

Insurance
Your personal full-coverage policy covers it, provided it carries comprehensive, collision, and liability coverage and follows into a rental. If not, Tesla rental insurance through us handles the car, cleared before delivery.

Charging, sorted for you
Every Tesla comes with Supercharger access already set up and the charge cable in the trunk. Tesla Supercharger stops are planned automatically by the car's navigation system, and a 15-minute stop adds about 170 miles. We hand it over fully charged and ask only that you return it with a charge above half.

Mileage and deposit
Generous daily mileage plus a refundable hold from $500, scaled to the model, and returned 3 to 5 business days after inspection. Extra miles, if any, are quoted upfront.
